A young bird loses his mother and tries to learn to fly by himself in order to find her. He has no feathers, but he will get them at all costs.

Miguel Anaya Borja is a graphic designer with a degree in cinematography. In 2008, his short film “Love at First Sight”, won the Ariel Award given by the Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences. In 2009 “The Border Armadillo” was selected as best animation in the Hollywood Film Festival and winner of the Silver Goddess Award given by the Mexican Association of Film Journalists. In 2010 he was selected by the Talent Campus Guadalajara.
“The Color of my Wings” is his 5th animated short film.
